POWRi Hornet Division July 21-23
Belleville, IL. (7/23/23) Finding a trio of potential point-earning adventures over the weekend, the POWRi Hornet Division would continue to grow in entries as well as establish leading wheelwork at Callaway Raceway’s Hornet Special with a lone venue running the class. The divisional weekend winners would be Daniel Barton at Bolivar Speedway with Kyle Burton gaining the victory at Callaway Raceway and Alvin Cooney would earn the win at Lake Ozark Speedway on Saturday.

The POWRi Hornet divisional competitors are rapidly rising in the rankings for the National Championship Chase with weekend winner Alvin Cooney continuing to hold a marginal lead in the standings as Josh Clark, David Kirkpatrick, Tom Cooney, and Jim Cook complete the current standings top-five positions.
